If you don’t have an email list, who are you going to sell your transformational programs to?
Read this if your email list isn't growing as you want.
You’ve got a beautiful website, and you’ve put lots of love and effort into creating a free resource for visitors to download and get a taste of what you can do for them. This is your first touch point and a great way to start building trust with your prospect client.
You then continue nurturing this relationship by sending out regular value content (automated) so they keep getting reminded of you and what you can do for them, and eventually they will be ready to become your client and accept your help.
Right?
Now, lets do a quick check-in:
- How many opt-ins have you had since the launch of your website?
- How much has your email list grown?
- Have you got automated email nurturing campaigns in place to take those prospects down the path to becoming your clients?
If your answers to the above questions are “meh” … try this:
THINK LIKE YOUR CLIENT
First, ask yourself:
Is the headline, description and call to action (CTA) of your opt-in lead magnet really speaking to your client’s problem/ pain/ aspiration?
Does it clearly give the message that you have the solution for them?
Does it stop them in their track and make them think: Yes, I need this now!
What’s really important here is that it is crystal clear – keep it simple, don’t get seduced by using fancy language, make it to the point.
