When you subscribe to one of our care plans, we will be your first point of call should something go wrong with your website. We will determine whether it is something the hosting company needs to fix something that is covered by your website care plan.

You will fill in a separate project brief so we can be clear on what you need and create a separate quote.

However, many times we will evaluate requests that exceed your plan on a case by case basis and decide whether it can be done within your allocated hours or whether it needs to be billed separately.

Simple and efficient: you send us an email with clear instructions on the content you want to change on your website and we get straight to work and let you know when it’s done – usually by the next business day.

(for example updating an event page, adding a testimonials section, uploading your articles to your blog, changing images)

Does not include advanced or custom features or graphic design tasks. 

*This applies to any changes that take no longer than 30 minutes of work.
